This service enables investors to apply to develop the Khomrah Logistics Zone and to track the status of the application online.
- 1-Verify the three mandatory conditions at the start of the form, before any details are entered
- 2-Complete the applicant details, and consortium members if any
- 3-Answer the five assessment criteria
- 4-Attach the combined document file and declare the data is accurate
- 5-Review the answers and submit the application
- 6-Mawani reviews the application and notifies the applicant of the decision by email
- A valid commercial registration in the Kingdom
- Evidence of previous experience developing a logistics zone that reached commercial operation
- Evidence of experience delivering projects inside the Kingdom
- Evidence of financial capacity of no less than SAR 3 billion
- A single combined PDF file containing the documents above, up to 15 MB
- Previous experience developing a qualifying logistics zone that reached commercial operation
- A valid commercial registration in the Kingdom and proven experience delivering projects inside it
- Proven financial capacity of no less than SAR 3 billion
- An application is accepted only after the attachment passes the file scan
- An application cannot be amended after submission
