Who collects the data

The Saudi Ports Authority (Mawani) is the controller of the personal data collected through this site.

• Request data: your answers in the expression-of-interest form.
• Attachment: the company profile your organisation uploads.
• Limited technical data recorded for security and service integrity.

Purpose of processing

The data is processed solely to review the expression-of-interest request and to correspond about it. It is not used for marketing and is not shared with commercial parties.

Legal basis

Processing takes place under the Personal Data Protection Law and its implementing regulations issued in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and on the basis of the explicit consent you record when submitting the request.

Retention period

The application and its documents are retained for the lifetime of the system, as its record and the basis for the decision issued on the application. Any erasure request is subject to statutory record-keeping requirements.
